School Programs & Tours

Hello fellow educator! The Local History Room wants to make you aware of the quality educational programming opportunities that are available to you and your students through the Monroe County Local History Room.

From this web page you can link to summaries of history programs we have created for school groups. Programs can be conducted at the Local History Room site or brought to your classroom. Adjustments to the programs can be made for age level. All programs correlate to Wisconsin Model Academic Standards.

If you have ideas for how you and your students could partner with the Local History Room on a joint project, please contact the Local History Room. Grant money may even be available for such collaborative projects.

We here at the Local History Room want educators, like yourself, to see us as a valuable resource that compliments your curriculum.

We're looking forward to partnering with you!
